Biography

Anton Molnar, born in Budapest in 1957, had a vibrant childhood split between Hungary and Africa. His journey into the world of art began when he enrolled at the Fine Arts Academy of Hungary in 1979, eventually securing his painting diploma in 1983. Deepening his skills, he pursued specialised training in fresco and mural art.

By 1986, he had earned degrees not only in painting but also in anatomy and art history. His artistic prowess found its voice through exhibitions that reached audiences in Hungary and beyond. Simultaneously, he embarked on a new chapter as a graphic designer for the UN, a role that showcased his versatile talents.

The year 1988 marked a significant shift as Anton Molnar, accompanied by his family, relocated to France. This move unveiled a new realm where artistic expression knew no bounds. His creations emerged as captivating mirrors of the 21st-century atmosphere, capturing his distinct personal perspective, cultural roots, and emotional depth.
